The client was seeking a independent review of an expansion business of source code to create a new business entity with a new co-owner. They we're seeking a strategic and tactical appraisal of the drafted terms and conditions.
Our Solution
Our project was to perform & advise on a term sheet of a pursuant spin-off with recommendations of how to proceed in the negotiation process of the new entity with market-accepted % of ownerships, amount of capital needed and define the roles of each party.
